One steel shell, any interior you need
Every pod starts as a welded steel frame engineered for the destination's loads and codes. Inside, we fit it out to your spec — hospitality suites, offices, kitchens, wellness spaces — with MEP, climate and finishes installed under shop-controlled quality before it ever leaves the yard.
The result: a plug-ready module that cranes into place and bolts up in hours, not months of on-site build.
